LANDSCAPE

OUR PROCESS
For our original photography, we use traditional film to capture the image with the combination of the latest digital technology to scan and print on high quality media that will give comparable print-life spans to wet photographic processes. The final high resolution scan can be burned to cd's or lower resolution versions can be generated for use on the Web.

RETOUCHING
Inherent to digital processes is the capability for image retouching. Whether a speck of dust, serious damage, or unsightly components the image can be modified to provide more pleasing aesthetics. Please contact us to discuss such modifications.

FILM FORMATS
Formats we handle are 35mm, 6x4.5, 6x6, 6x7, and 6x9. File sizes for 35mm range from ~60 MB (Megabyte = 1,024,000 bytes) for 8-bit per color channel (24 bits), up to ~120 MB for 16-bit per color channel scans (48-bit). Medium format scans range from ~180 MB up to ~790 MB depending on size of negative and bit depth per color channel. We strive to provide the highest quality scan for whatever the final end use.
